Integrated Event Management and their associated websites collect and process Personal Data. The following describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how you can make requests regarding your Personal Data.

Personal Information You Actively Give Us:

In addition, you may provide optional data such as your work title, education, area of specialty, etc. This information is optional and used in your user profile for social networking purposes.
This is information that you give Integrated Event Management by filling out forms on an affiliated website, contacting a representative in person, by phone, by e-mail, text, or other method. In addition, you may upload content for presentations that may contain personally identifiable information.
Passively Collected Information:
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that may be automatically collected by Integrated Event Management. This information can include IP address, browser type and version, browser plugins, mobile device ID, terms that you searched while on our Site, access times and referring website. We use this information to improve your experience on our website.

We may use your personal data within our affiliated organizations including Integrated Event Management, Markey's Rental & Staging, and designated contractors and service providers. We do this to provide the requested services, to improve our services and to market those services to you.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may use your data with third parties to deliver services on our behalf or assist with the delivery of such services. Examples might include video streaming, polling, e-mail marketing and other support services.

Integrated Event Management is a United States company and processes Personal Data on servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we may process Personal Data on a server outside your own country. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that by using our Site, making an inquiry, availing yourself of any Service or otherwise providing us with Personal Data you will be exporting Personal Data outside of the EEA to the United States and processing it globally.
Children's Privacy:
Our services aren't indented for -- or marketed to -- children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, process or use Personal Data of children under the age of 18. Any user who provides us with information represents that they are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected information from an individual under the age of 18 we will promptly take steps to remove that information. Retention of Data:
Our goal is to provide good service and a good experience for our customer. We will obviously retain personal data as long as we have an ongoing business relationship. Some content, such as recordings of events or user provided content, may be retained for 2 years after an event.
Our customers may go multiple years between events. Therefore, order history, electronic and written correspondence, as well as customer data is retained for a longer period so that we may provide better service to our customers.
In every case, personal data will be retained to comply with accounting and other minimum data retention requirements required by applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices:
Under Applicable Data Protection Laws, you may have the right, in certain cases, to request access to your Personal Data that we process, to request details about such Personal Data, including the purposes and potential recipients of this data, to have such Personal Data rectified or deleted, to have the processing thereof restricted, or to object to the processing of your Personal Data, as well as to request a copy of your Personal Data in a standardized format so that it can be provided to another vendor.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority or other public authority governing the protection of your personal information.
In addition, you may decline to provide Personal Data to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, but if you do (or if successfully object to the processing of your Personal Data by us, or successfully request that such Personal Data be deleted) some if not all of our features or services may not function properly as a result.
